OUR SERVICES

LC Nursing Home provides full suite of services relating to eldercare including:

 

  • Long Term Residential Care (LTRC): for elderly residents who require assistance with daily living activities and daily nursing care, and/or for various reasons wish to reside at an assisted nursing care facility.

  • Respite Care (Short Term Care): for elderly residents who require short term residential care, and to provide short term respite to usual caregivers.

  • Home Care Support: providing aging-at-home support for those who choose to remain in their own homes, but require part time or full time nursing care and other bespoke arrangements. We also offer telemonitoring supported nursing care and training of domestic workers to take on basic healthcare tasks.

We also provide and supply eldercare necessities, including adult diapers, incontinence products, parameter monitoring devices, oximeters, blood pressure monitors, wheelchairs, mobility aids and wheelchair enabled transport/vehicles. 

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Within our premises, residents at L C Nursing Home receive a full suite of nursing care and life management services including:

 

  • 24/7 Nursing care: full time nursing and clinical care from professionally trained nurses and health assistants with daily monitoring of health parameters in compliance with the Enhanced Nursing Home Standards guidelines.

  • Medical/Specialty care: Our experienced nursing team are trained to handle specialized medical care needs, including BIPAP, COPD, PEG, Colostomy, Tracheostomy, Dementia, Parkinson's, Psychiatric disorders

  • Palliative/Respite End of Life care: Creating an environment of comfort for end of life transition and dying with dignity.

  • NGT feeding

  • Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy: daily exercise regime, including massage and foot spa therapy.

  • Dietician designed meal plan nutrition
